Ashton Gray Commercial Real Estate Marketing
THE CHALLENGE
Two brands, one goal
Ashton Gray and Ashton Gray Capital were both closing bigger deals than their marketing reflected. Property listings, leasing materials, and investor-facing content still looked like generic commercial real estate templates, competent, but forgettable in a market where first impressions decide whether a tenant or investor keeps scrolling.
I lead creative direction across Ashton Gray, spanning both the commercial real estate development side and Ashton Gray Capital, its investment management arm. Though they operate as separate businesses, the work shares one consistent visual system: EB Garamond paired with Montserrat, a unified color palette, and a photography and motion style built to hold up across a website, investor materials, leasing brochures, video, and client gifting.
